Following Light Echoes, the designer further research into the blue colour and designed new hand cut glass vases inspired by the reflection of light and indigo tones in a physical context.
Catarina is a designer & creative consultant based in Lisbon, Portugal, with an international background. She works independently since 2021, most recently focusing on her own editions of unique glass pieces, designing new products for other brands, as well as design services and consultancy for european brands, other designers and creative businesses.
Colour Conversations at Élitis France
Delighted to see Colour Conversation XII captured in the latest catalogue of Élitis Wallpaper Catalogue, photographed at the special location of Quinta da Côrte, in Douro, with Creative Direction by Motel 409. This deep bordeaux piece is part of a collection of unique mouth blown glass vases exploring how colours speak with each other.

Alongside her creative work, the designer helps homeware and furniture brands, designers & creative businesses with unique lines in Europe or around the globe, to find artisans & industrial manufactures in Portugal for the production of objects, furniture and bespoke pieces.
