How colors speak with each other?

2017 . Inspired on Josef Alber’s view on the relativity of color, this color studies show how colors react on each other and the way color is applied on different materials. Different compositions were created to show how instable colors are through our eyes: the red next to the pink is more vibrant and vivid, but when placed next to the dark blue it looks way darker. Each color was applied by spray paint on carton, open cell foam, aluminium mesh, pine wood and an aluminium tube. Exercises made along my research on color for my MEMOIRE, Colors in Design Process: a subjective Universe. How can we learn with the Color Masters
